2020 Season Update*
The MYFL and its members recently voted and decided to to follow the NSAA's timeline for our 2020 tackle season.
Some key points regarding this change.
• The start of the MYFL season will be delayed by 3 weeks, from July 27th to August 18th. This allows kids to be returned to school, and allows organizations more time to arrange for alternate facilities where their normal practice / game facilities are impacted adversely
• Our first Games would likely move 1 or 2 weeks to the 6th or 13th of September. Exact TBD will follow
• The 2020 Jamboree is cancelled due to lack of available facilities and compressed timelines - we will look to arrange scrimmages if possible
As we moved forward, we will continue to communicate any new information we receive from the MYFL to you. If the season does get disrupted and we cancel. You will be refunded your registration dues, less the amount of the game jersey we ordered for your child (if the season is cancelled after the order is placed for jerseys). If any games are played before the season is cancelled, any dues refunded would be prorated by the games.
Each team will communicate through social media and TeamSnap. We will send emails when necessary, but the main source of communication will come from your team parent representatives or coaches via these channels.
